Brad will come to your home and provide you with a presentation on how to sell your house. You will be provided with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for your home pricing, expert advice on how to present your home for showings, an outline of our marketing plan and a listing agreement with a price that has been agreed upon.

In the marketing plan, we will explain what we offer to market your home and why you should work with us. This will include pricing strategy, staging ideas, home update suggestions, and how we will market your house (email blasts, social media, open house, Zillow, Realtor.com).

If the buyer requests repairs after an inspection, Brad and the TC will handle the negotiation and schedule the repairs with our local vendors.

After you are under contract, Brad will send you a detailed "Next Steps" email that lays out all the next steps to closing. In this email, he will introduce you to one of the transaction coordinators for our team. A Transaction Coordinator (TC) is responsible for helping ensure all deadlines are met as well as scheduling vendors.
